Legion Brewing is sued by a creditor on heels of financial mismanagement allegations; brewery says it’s an ‘administrative issue’

American Express filed a lawsuit last month claiming that Legion Brewing Holdings LLC, the parent company of Legion Brewing, owes it $66,861.89. It’s the second suit to be filed against the Charlotte brewery this summer.
