Raki McGregor, the consultant at the center of multiple investigations into Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools’ contracting practices, has been widely described as a friend and ally of former school board chair Stephanie Sneed.
But documents obtained by The Charlotte Ledger show that he was also something else: Sneed’s business partner on at least one consulting pitch.
