Charlotte Ballet, Three Bone Theatre, JazzArts Charlotte and the McColl Center say they are among the local arts organizations that say they received word last week that their federal arts grants were rescinded.
Arts groups nationwide received emails Friday telling them that National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) grants that had previously been announced were being terminated.
